James Parker is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and a member of the Board of Directors for Tangoe, Inc. 

He is charged with driving customer, employee, and business success through the delivery of innovative, customer-focused solutions. With more than two decades of leadership experience in enterprise software, cloud and telecommunications, Parker works closely with his hand-picked executive leadership and Tangoe’s Board to accelerate growth and expand the company’s hold as the leading Technology Expense Management (TEM) provider. 

Prior to joining Tangoe, he was CEO and Executive Director for Masergy, a leading software-defined global network company. Parker also previously served as Chief Customer Officer for Tata Communications – a global digital infrastructure provider – where he was accountable for $2+billion in global revenue across 7,000 customers served by 2,000 employees and held senior leadership roles with CenturyLink and Microsoft. 

Parker holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Toronto’s Rotman Business School in Toronto, Canada.
