Mark Smith is the Chief Customer Officer at Tangoe, Inc.
In this role, Smith is responsible for Customer Experience throughout the company, ensuring a level of service excellence Tangoe’s valued customers have come to associate with the company.
Prior to joining Tangoe in April 2021, Smith held senior level positions in Customer Experience, Strategic Account Management, Consulting, Operations, and Finance over the past 20 years at Element, GE Capital Fleet Services, and Electronic Data Systems.
Smith has an M.B.A. in Finance from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, and is certified in Customer Experience. Smith and his family currently reside in Minnesota.
