Mark Troller is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Tangoe, Inc. 

Troller brings more than 20 years of IT leadership experience to Tangoe from a wide variety of industries including Telecom, Cable Television, Internet Advertising, and Financial Services. 

Troller joined Tangoe from iN DEMAND, where he was VP of Information Technology and was responsible for Infrastructure, Cloud Services, Cybersecurity, and Technology Program Management. Prior to iN DEMAND, Troller served as VP of IT at Time Warner Cable of NYC. There, he partnered with business leaders to standardize and consolidate disparate billing and CRM systems to support the New York and New Jersey Region. 

Throughout his career, Troller has been a proponent of IT Process Management and believes in total transparency between IT and the business. 

Troller received his B.E in Engineering Management in 1991 and an M.S. in Technology Management in 1993, both from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, New Jersey. Troller received his Executive MBA from Rutgers Business School in New Brunswick, New Jersey, in 2013.
