Dedicated Project Teams ensure fast and simple implementations.
Like many software implementations, identifying the need and selecting the provider is the easy part. You’ve no doubt experienced complicated, drawn-out implementations that invariably don’t meet your needs and require customization. At Tangoe, we pride ourselves and are committed to making the implementation process as streamlined and easy as possible – because we know you want to start taking advantage of the benefits of our solution.

As a project is initiated, we don’t just give an “apples-to-apples” platform transition. We meticulously pull and map data from legacy platform(s) with you and “clean house” to ensure the information being entered into the new platform is accurate, current and approved. This important step leads to maximum visibility and control over expenses, inventory and usage and thereby can lead to greater cost savings and operational efficiencies.

For each implementation we embark on, we set up a formal governance structure with clients centered around 5 pillars:
1.
Full engagement from each stakeholder including a Tangoe Executive Sponsor
2.
Project plans (outlining tasks and timing) are accepted and maintained – Using a digital tool which sends you reminders, with internal activities tracked in ServiceNow
3.
Scope of services are clearly identified, with critical paths and milestones constantly monitored
4.
Value and reasons to implement are clearly defined and agreed upon:
5.
Potential risks are assessed, tracked and mitigation plans are presented

Once live, clients are assigned a Customer Success Manager (CSM) and team. This team is distributed around the globe, supporting 13 languages, and collaborates closely throughout the entire engagement. There is a formal transition program so that the CSM is fully up to speed with the specific requirements and configurations. It is their objective to ensure all your needs are met, you’re abreast of software enhancements, and they support moves, ads, changes and more. Every quarter the CSM will host a business review to share details of how your solution is working, what savings are being realized, what escalations we are processing and more.
Finally, we routinely conduct surveys to ensure we are exceeding your expectations and from day one you have a clear line of sight to our senior most leaders in the business to reach out to in time of need.
